I’m Tasha, and I’m super happy to be back for Pear Blossom Press! Today, I’m pushing myself out of my comfort zone today, and asking myself the question; does it have to ‘make sense’?
Sometimes I get a little caught up in thinking I need to make lights ‘make sense’ in a design; that they need to be within an element like a light, flame or star. But really, you can put a light anywhere you want to and it really doesn’t need to ‘make sense’.So today, I’m pushing myself out of my comfort zone.
I’m so happy with how this came out, and that I pushed myself to use a light in a less obvious way. My very literal mind will still go to designs where the light ‘makes sense’ but I want to keep pushing myself to incorporate them in more abstract ways too.
