Refund and Exchange Policy
We gladly accept returns of defective items, purchased directly from us, as long as you contact us and return them within 30 days of receipt. (If you purchased our products from a reseller, please return defective items to the shop you purchased them from within 30 days.) We cannot accept requests for returns or replacements after 30 days of receipt.
Please obtain a Return of Merchandise Authorization before returning any items by using the contact us form. Please include your order number.
Defective items: items must be returned in original packaging, within 30 days of receipt for refund or exchange. Please contact us for a Return of Merchandise Authorization before returning any items. Please include your order number when you reach out and describe the issue. In situations where an item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, only partial refunds or replacements will be granted. Refunds for damaged or defective returned items will be at the discretion of Pear Blossom Press (a brand of Benchtop LLC).
Returns for purchases made in error: please contact us and let us know as soon as possible if you’ve made a purchase in error. If we catch it before your order has shipped, we can refund the entire amount, less a 3% processing fee. (That is the fee we are charged by our payment processing service.) If you order has already shipped, and it has been less than 30 days, you can still request a refund. You must obtain a Return of Merchandise Authorization from us. We will refund your order once we receive and inspect the returned items in their original, unopened packaging, less shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
Refused Shipments and Return to Sender shipments will be subject to 20% restocking fee, no shipping charges shall be refunded.
All shipping charges for returns shall be the responsibility of the buyer, except in the case of defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise. Refunds and exchanges for returned items will be issued within 7 business days of our receipt of the returned product, after inspection. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We cannot be responsible for any parcels that are lost or damaged, once the parcel has left our warehouse.
