Happy St. Patrick’s Day! Today, I’m sharing a fun card I made for my son. He’s old enough to drink now, so I thought he would get a kick out of a pop-up green beer, with a buzzed little green bee flying overhead. I modified a few stamps and dies from some of my favorite companies to create this wiper card. Here it is in action…

Since I knew I was modifying stamps and dies, I thought it would make an interesting video. I mean, who doesn’t love new ideas for stretching their supplies? So I hopped on YouTube LIVE to assemble it. (No time this week to edit a video.) Lol, I’m still not brave enough to watch the replay myself, but if you’d like to see how this card came to life, head on over to watch (it’s about an hour long). Can you guess what I used to make the pop-up beer mug? How about the 3D foam on top of the beers?
Now that I’ve figured out how to go live without the sound and video freezing, I plan to do it again. No specific plan for when, so make sure you hit subscribe and click the bell to turn on notifications if you want to join me. Don’t worry, edited videos will still be the main focus on the channel.
Thanks so much for stopping by today! I hope you get to enjoy corned beef and cabbage tonight, and maybe a green beer or two. (I’ll be enjoying a green cider.) All of the supplies used to create this card are listed in the description on YouTube, just in case you want to play with them too. I’ll be back tomorrow with another fun card to share. It’s a different type of interactive card.
Love the card. It is so appropriate for St. Paddy’s Day. I also love the versatility of the wiper mechanism
Oh my goodness, never thought to use Caffeinated bee for beer buzz! 😆
