I love giving birthday cards that I’ve made, and when I can make it extra special with something interactive like the Halo Lights, then I get almost giddy!Β It’s Cassie here, back to share another tutorial.Β Since it’s cold here, I decided I just needed the beach, lol, so I brought out my A Little Shellfish stamps and dies from Heffy Doodle to pair up with my Halo Light.Β Look how wonderfully the Halo Light goes on a slimline card!Β I put mine a little off center for the visual effect I was going for, but it also made it possible to put my button to the right hand side, making it easier to reach the battery if the recipient ever wants to change it out.
I colored up so many images (which I LOVE to do), that I had lots left over to be able to put them inside of my card.Β Now we have a scene, some beautiful lights, and even a scene on the inside.Β This card is sure to make the birthday gal/guy feel extra special!
I have a video to share with you, so that you can take a closer look at just how I made this card. . .from coloring to assembly, it’s all in there!Β You can watch it here or over on my YouTube Channel.
