Let’s make the light up card!
A – Die cut the champagne bottle, fluted glass, and Happy Birthday sentiment from Your Paper Insider specialty cardstock.
B & C – Glue the sentiment onto the coordinating shadow layer.
D – Die cut the champagne burst from the corner of a piece of 4″ x 5 1/4″ bokeh cardstock, leaving a 1/3″ margin along the edge for the foam tape.
Check the positioning of the One Light on the front and then the back of the card front.
Attach it to the backside of the card front as shown.
Frame out the die cut and one Light with The World’s Best Foam Tape as shown. Then frame out the rest of the card with The World’s Best Foam Tape.
Test the One Light by pressing the button. Cover the back of the One-Light opening with a metallic holographic cardstock. I used Mirrored Rose Gold cardstock.
Turn the card front over and position the champagne bottle, glass, and sentiment on the front of the cards.
Create a “push” label by stamping and heat embossing the word push from the PB Press Stamp and Die set on to a piece of vellum. Die cut it with the mini label shape and glue it on the bottle neck over the One-Light button.
Glue clear bubble embellishments and the cork to the card front. Attach the card front to a pink A2 card base.
