Interactive Launching Helicopter Card

Woohoo!! Thanks for hopping along with us as we celebrate Courtney Kreeber reaching 10,000 subscribers on her channel! Way to go Courtney!!! To celebrate, we’re making cards with a thankful theme. So today, I get to share a card I’ve been wanting to make for months now. The first time I saw the Born to Be Brave stamp set from Kindred Stamps, I knew I wanted to pair the helicopter with the Launch Party die set from MFT to have it lift off. I finally got a chance to make the card, and I even had time to create a quick bonus card too. Here is the video…

The next stop in the hop is with Jess Francisco at A Card Day’s Work!

As promised in the video, I’ve got links to the products I used to make these cards…

  1. I love the launching helicopter card! ❤ Thanks for sharing Amanda!

  2. Susan Ackerman says:

Loved the card and I really enjoyed watching you make it as well

  3. I love this card, how clever you are

  4. Fantastic card! Thanks for the interactive info and tips. IF you remember or can tell what colors you used for the pilots clothes I would greatly appreciate it. That green combo is exactly the color I need for my fathers 81st Bday card that honors him as a veteran.
    TYIA.

    • Hi Kim! I don’t remember for certain, but I want to say G99, YG67, and G94. I probably added G29 for darker shadows too. If you don’t have those army green shades, try some golden browns or warm greys on top of Christmas greens to change the tints.
