Hello crafty friends, Jenn here you can follow me on social media @journeycoachjenn. Today I am sharing this fun 3D light-up pinball machine card. I am so pleased with the outcome. I used Pear Blossom Press Twinkle Lights to light up the pinball bumpers. So cool, right?
I created the pinball machine using Trinity Stamps A2 Window Box Card Dies and the Gashapon Machine Die sets. The pinball machine theme, “Over The Mooon” is created using the Milky Way stamp set with the Out of This World stamp set. Images are colored with OLO markers.

Let’s take a look at the steps
I stamped out the space cow, moon and spaceship images and masked them off with Masking Magic. I ink blended the background to look like outerspace. I colored the images with OLO Markers and heat embossed the sentiment with white embossing powder.
The pinball machine base is created using the A2 Window Box Card Dies and parts of the Gashapon Machine Dies.
The pinball bumpers, curves and flippers are made with some of the smaller Gashapon Machine Dies and foam tape.
The front of the pinball machine features stamps from the 8-Bit Birthday stamp.
I used a small hole punch to add three light holes at the pinball bumpers and also added to the pinball machine base
A piece of acetate is placed over the back of the pinball machine light holes. Twinkle Lights are positioned over each light hole and taped in place. The excess light wires are also taped down.
The battery pack ad button are placed on the backside of the pinball machine base.
The bottom of the machine is framed out with double sided adhesive foam tape.
The top of the machine folds down and the pinball top (with bumpers and flippers) is positioned over the light holes and glued down with the light holes matching up.
The lights are checked and a piece of yellow cardstock covers the bottom of the pinball machine to close in the Twinkle Lights.
More details are added like the “Press here” sentiment on the right side of the pinball machine by the light button.
Knobs and outer flipper button are added. The sentiment “new highscore” is stamped and creates the stopper to help hold the pinball legs in placefor this 3D card.
