Hello crafty friend! I’ve got another Heartcraft Paper digi-stamp to show off today on this cute little encouragement card. It came together really quickly too!
To start, I printed my sending hedgehugs digi-stamp onto cardstock and colored him in with my Copic markers and a little Wink of Stella. Then I used my handy, dandy ScanNCut to cut him out.
I die cut my sentiment three times from red cardstock and glued the layers together to form nice, thick pieces. To add a little more interest and help them appear to pop off the page, I took several darker shades of my red Copic markers and colored the bottom of the letters.
To assemble the card, I formed an A2 card base from white cardstock, then adhered a typeface pattern paper to the front. I used foam tape to stick my hedgehog down and glued the words in place.
I instead of using sequins for embellishments, I decided to die cut a few hearts with a heart die and color them with my Copics as well. I glued them flat to the card.
And that’s it! Such a cute card that you whip out in no time. You can substitute any character and sentiment to suit your needs. What do you think? Let me know in the comments below!
So cute came out so pretty!
