Quick & Easy Snowflake Bursts

Hey friend, happy Thursday to you! Today, I want to show you the new Snowflake Bursts from i-crafter. These dies give you beautiful, pop-up snowflakes, with the look of multiple layers. It’s hard to believe they are actually cut from a single layer though. And there is a neat trick to get them to pop up with almost no effort at all.

I’ll show you how to pop up the bursts while we assemble a quick and easy slimline card, and a gift card holding tag in this short video

Can you believe how quickly these came together? I love the kraft and white color combo for Christmas, and the gold accents add a hint of elegance. Of course, you can substitute any color for the kraft. These are good projects to make with your stash of paper scraps.

Check out all of the dimension your cards will have…

And how fun is this tag? I love the interactive element. Your recipient gets to pull the zipper to reveal the gift card hidden inside! Don’t forget, you can assemble these ahead of time like I did. Just leave the release paper in place on two sides. That way, you can slip in a gift card later and seal it up then.

I hope I’ve inspired you to give these Snowflake Bursts a try. As I mentioned in the video, i-crafter has a whole line of bursts. (Click here to see.) They all cut out and pop up the same way! You can see the Cherry Blossom Bursts in action in this post
