Stay Golden with Twinkling Koi Pond!

Hi folks,

Kavya here with a fun light up card! I always loved and admired Koi fish ponds. When I saw these fun O-fish-ally stamps from our this month’s collaboration partner, Picket Fence Studio, I knew these would be perfect for a fun light up card filled with waterlilies and ducks!

  • Blue and black Dye inks

Learn How:

1. I started off by ink blending my blue card base using blue and black dye inks. I also cut the edges with a rounded corner punch to make it a bit fun!
2. Then, I stamped and colored a bunch of images from O-Fish-Ally and Toadally Awesome to create my scene. I adhered all the images to the cardstock and also added my sentiments using generic alphabet dies and golden glitter cardstock.
3. For the Twinkle Lights, I made small holes to the card base and added lights at the back of the card.
4. I finally adhered the battery pack at the bottom of the card base and added a ‘push here’ sentiment at the bottom of the page.
