Lights, Camera, Interaction! – Power Pack Blog Hop

Hello my crafty friend, it’s time for another fun blog hop featuring our Power Pack Kits! If you haven’t seen these yet, they are the fastest and easiest way to make light-up cards! Today, several incredibly talented designers have teamed up with me to bring you a hop full of bright ideas!

No good hop would be complete with out prizes, so we’ll be giving away Power Pack Kits to three lucky winners! (See details below.) Don’t forget to hop along with us, and show these designers some love for their awesome creations, while you enter to win 🙂

Before you hop to the next stop, let me show you the card I made. It’s a camera shaped box card, with a light-up flash! I love box cards, and this one is especially awesome because it pops-up into a camera shape. I took it to the next level and added a light to the flash. This card may seem really complicated, but it really wasn’t bad at all. I used a cut file and let my ScanNCut do all of the hard work. Then, I used my Power Pack Kit to add a light.

I know when I first purchased my ScanNCut, I didn’t think I’d be able to use regular SVG cut files with it, because it requires files to be in a special format. Luckily, it’s very easy to convert the files, using Brother’s free online software. I’ll walk you through the whole process for the card in this video…

As promised in the video, I’ve got links to the products I used to make this card:
